2. Salt Fish Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
A) 5 cups rice, 5 cups water, 1 tbsp. M&S powder
B) 300g chicken meat, 50g salt fish, 2 tbsp. abalone sauce,
2 tbsp. soy sauce; 1 tsp. thick soy sauce, 1 tsp. sesame oil,1 tbsp.
sobests flour, pepper to taste.
Method:
- Mix (B) and marinade for 30 minutes.
- Put (A) in pot to boil, pour in (B) and
cover to cook.
- When strong steam appears, reduce to
low heat, cook for 15 minutes, remove and serve.
