3a. Vegetarian Mutton Curry
Ingredients:
300g vegetarian meat, 300g
potatoes (in slices), 2 green chilies, 2 red chilies, 2 tomatoes,
500ml coconut paste
A) 2 stalks serai, 2 stalks curry leaves, 1 tsp. jintan putih,
1 tsp. jintan manis, 1 tsp. ketumber, 1 tsp. sugar, 2 star anise,
1 piece of 2" cinnamonstick, 5 pieces buah keras, 3 tbsp. curry
powder, 2 tbsp. chili paste, salt to taste.
Methods:

Heats oil, add in
vegetarian meat and deep-fry until golden brown, remove and
wait for use.

Heat 5-tbsp. oil in
pot, stir-fry ( A ) until fragrant, add in potatoes and water
to boil until soft.

Add in vegetarian
meat to cook for 10 minutes, add in vegetables and coconut paste
to stir well and boil, serve.
3b. Vegetarian Mixed Rice Deluxe
Ingredients:
500g Thai King fragrant rice, 3 tbsp. cooking oil, l bowl mix beans
(cooked)
(A): 2 Cinnamon; 3 Star anise, l tsp. Halba seeds, 2 tomatoes, l
slice ginger, 2 cloves
(B): 1 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. pepper.
Methods:

Rinse rice and drain.

Heat oil, stir-fry
(A) until fragrant, pour in rice and (B) stir-fry well.

Pour rice into steamer,
sprinkle water and cover to cook until strong steam appears
(repeat until rice cooked).

When rice cooked,
sprinkle the cooked mix beans on rice.
